What this is
PBL Stats (served at pblidb.org) is an independently operated project — seeDisclosure for what it is and isn't. By using this site or its API, you agree to these terms.
No warranty, "as is"
This site, its API, and the data it serves are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including without limitation warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data is derived by automated parsing of public pages and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong; see Disclosure. Don't rely on it for anything where being wrong has real consequences (e.g. official standings, prize eligibility, or legal/contractual determinations) — always verify against PBLeague's own official sources for that.
No uptime commitment
There is no SLA. The service may be slow, unavailable, changed, or shut down entirely at any time, without notice.
Read-only, and fair use of the API
The API is read-only — there is no write endpoint, and there never will be. You're welcome to build against it, including embedding the widgets on your own site, but please don't hammer it: cache responses, use the sandbox (/v1/sandbox/*) while developing, and prefer the build-time-fetch pattern described on/widgets if your use case allows it. Automated traffic that looks like abuse (far beyond normal usage, ignoring cache headers, etc.) may be rate-limited or blocked without warning.
Attribution, not endorsement
If you use this data or embed a widget on your own site, please don't present it as an official PBLI or PBLeague product or imply their endorsement. A link back or a mention that the data is "data via PBL Stats" is appreciated but not required.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this project is not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this site, its API, or the data it serves.
